What's included in the price?+
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed duration. No day rates, no creeping hours. Claude licenses are included for the duration of Coding Sprint and Pilot engagements. External tooling (MCP connectors, cloud hosting) may be separate — always disclosed upfront in the commercial proposal.
How long does it take to see ROI?+
Coding and customer support: visible ROI in 30 days. Internal support (HR, policy FAQ): 60 days. Marketing/sales: 90 days (commercial cycle). Finance/legal: 60-90 days. MIT and Deloitte converge on 6-12 months for enterprise-scale ROI — but on a targeted SME use case, results come faster.
