The AIOS framework emerged from running a venture studio where every product needs structured context, connected data, composable skills, governance, and memory. I built this system for myself first. Now I share what I've learned with CEOs who want to build the same infrastructure.
I believe the companies that win with AI won't have the best models. They'll be the most readable. And that readability starts with culture, not technology.

Building the studio
Explora Venture Studio launches. Multiple B2B SaaS products built, tested, and iterated across industries: restaurant management, accounting, clinical trials, real estate. Each product teaches us what works and what breaks when you scale with small teams.
2025
AI becomes infrastructure
We stop treating AI as a feature and start treating it as the operating layer. Claude becomes our daily tool. We build internal systems: context files per project, automated workflows, structured memory, observability (AIOS-Logs). The AIOS concept emerges from practice, not theory.
2026
From internal system to shared knowledge
We formalize the 5+1 layer framework. We document what works across 10+ products. We start sharing this knowledge with CEOs who want to build the same infrastructure. getaios.ai launches.

Structured CLAUDE.md per project: identity, processes, customers, brand rules. Auto-loaded into every Claude Code session.
Data
Supabase databases connected via MCP. Each product's CRM, analytics, and content systems are queryable by AI agents.
Skills
Reusable modules (Instagram pipeline, ads pipeline, blog generation) deployed across products. Build once, use everywhere.
Governance
Role-based access per product. Every AI action is logged. Graduated autonomy: automated posting requires explicit approval.
Memory
Project memory files track decisions, feedback, and patterns. The AI remembers what worked and what didn't across sessions.
Observability
AIOS-Logs captures 100% of Claude sessions: prompts, tool calls, file modifications. Full audit trail, anomaly detection.
The result
