LLM infra / MCP engineer
Agent tooling, retrieval pipelines, MCP server design, eval harnesses. Make any LLM a first-class citizen.
The role
You'll design the MCP surface (1-click Claude + Cursor V1, setup-guided ChatGPT / Mistral / Gemini), retrieval pipelines on top of pgvector + Neo4j + Graphiti memory, and the eval harness that gates every release.
The bet: GetAIOS is the substrate any MCP-compatible LLM plugs into. That surface has to be best-in-class.
Who we're looking for
- Built production retrieval / RAG / agent systems
- Understands MCP, OAuth 2.1 + PKCE + DCR, and the operational reality of running LLMs in regulated environments
- Has opinions on evaluation — knows why offline benchmarks lie
- Bonus: contributed to MCP servers, agent frameworks, or open eval suites
